Je ne retrouve par ailleurs pas la source, mais le Gouvernement a proposé de taxer les joueurs professionnels de poker et joueurs réguliers, je propose, dans un élan d’équité, que l’on fasse de même aux joueurs gagnants du PMU (offline et online) car ils sont beaucoup plus nombreux et les enjeux sont beaucoup plus importants.

La commission des finances à l’Assemblée aurait voté aujourd’hui une augmentation de 25% de la taxe sur le poker en ligne … Certes, l’assiette serait changée des mises aux produit brut des jeux (très bien), mais là où nous payons aujourd’hui environ 34% (hors TVA) du rake (PBJ) que nous collectons, il faudrait payer 46% …

Toute l’industrie du poker est en alerte ce soir, car nous sommes tous persuadé qu’il s’agit d’une erreur de calcul … Dans un marché atone et avec des conditions difficiles, nous ne pouvons pas imaginer que la taxation sera de 46% en France, alors qu’en Espagne ou Italie c’est 20/25%, en Angleterre 15% ou dans les projets américains 10%.

(MALTA) September 29, 2011 – Chiligaming, the international online gaming company, has announced the launch of the world’s first multi-device free-play social gaming poker network.

je viens de reçevoir la synthèse globale 2010/2011 de l’ARJEL concernant l’activité des jeux d’argent en ligne en France. Comme toujours, malheureusement, c’est le chiffre des mises qui est évoqué. Pour éviter l’éternel débat sur le “marché” et l’industrie, je me suis donc livré rapidement aux calculs suivants.

Paris sportifs : 293m€ de mises au 1er semestre / TRJ de 80% => 60m€ de Produit Brut des Jeux (le chiffre d’affaires de la totalité des sociétés de paris sportifs en ligne en France), soit 10m€ par mois (sur lequel il faut prélevé la taxe et les bonus).

Poker : 3,7 milliards de mises en cash-game + 550m€ de droits d’entrées, avec un TRJ de 96% => 159m€ de Produit Brut des jeux, soit 28m€ par mois (idem, enlever la taxe et les bonus).

Paris hippiques : 496m€ de mises / TRJ de 78% => 109m€ de Produit Brut des Jeux, soit 18m€/mois.

Voilà, le marché des jeux en ligne en France, au 1er semestre 2011 est de 328m€ (NDLR )  (produit brut des jeux ou gross gaming revenue)

Remarques supplémentaires :

- Les bonus représentent : 9% du PBJ en paris sportifs, 21% en poker et 7,3% en paris hippiques.

- TRJ avec Bonus des paris sportifs : 89% (alors que la Loi autorise uniquement 85%) (NDLR : avec 9% de taxes => le Produit Net Net des Jeux serait de 2% )

- TRJ avec Bonus des paris sportifs : 85% (NDLR : avec 14,4% de taxes => le Produit Net Net des Jeux serait de 0,6% )
